Terms of Service &
Privacy Policy
Information about using VehicleServiceAgreement.com, requesting a quote, purchasing a Vehicle Service Agreement, and how we handle the information you provide to us.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of VehicleServiceAgreement.com (the “Site”) and your interactions with Vehicle Service Agreement LLC (“Vehicle Service Agreement,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting information, requesting a quote, or proceeding with a purchase facilitated through us, you agree to these Terms.
Important: Vehicle Service Agreement LLC is an independent business and is not Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Toyota Financial Services, or any of their parent companies or affiliates. Genuine Toyota Vehicle Service Agreements are sold and issued through an authorized Toyota dealership and are governed by the actual agreement provided at purchase.
Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes, including learning about available Vehicle Service Agreement options, requesting pricing, providing information needed to determine eligibility, and communicating with us about a potential or completed purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any system or data, submit false or misleading information, or use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Quote requests are not contracts.
Pricing and coverage options provided in response to a quote request are informational until eligibility is confirmed and the applicable Vehicle Service Agreement is issued. A quote does not guarantee that a vehicle or purchaser qualifies for a particular plan, term, mileage limit, deductible, or price.
Eligibility and available options may depend on factors including vehicle identification number (VIN), current mileage, original purchase or in-service date, vehicle condition or history, location, applicable program rules, and other requirements established by the provider or authorized selling dealership.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. We may request additional documentation, including registration information, mileage or odometer verification, or other vehicle documentation, before a transaction can be completed.
Quotes may change if the information originally supplied is incomplete or inaccurate, if vehicle mileage changes, if program pricing or eligibility changes, or if the vehicle does not qualify for the quoted option.
Your actual VSA controls your coverage.
If you choose to purchase a Vehicle Service Agreement, you may receive an invoice or payment link and an agreement for review and signature. A transaction is not complete merely because a quote was requested or an invoice was sent.
The Vehicle Service Agreement issued to you is the controlling document for your coverage. It contains the official terms, covered components, exclusions, limitations, deductible, term, mileage limit, claim procedures, cancellation provisions, transfer provisions, and other rights and obligations.
If information on this Site, in an email, text message, quote, invoice, or other communication differs from the final Vehicle Service Agreement, the terms of the issued Vehicle Service Agreement control.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and/or on behalf of the authorized selling dealership. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor and parties involved in completing the transaction to process the amount presented to you.
Any applicable fees, refund rights, cancellation terms, or payment-related conditions will be governed by the transaction documents, applicable law, and the issued Vehicle Service Agreement.
Availability
Products, plan options, pricing, and eligibility may vary by vehicle and jurisdiction and may change without notice. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product is available for every vehicle or in every state or location.
No Modification of Contract Terms
No statement made through this Site or in informal communications modifies the written terms of an issued Vehicle Service Agreement unless the modification is made through an authorized written amendment to that agreement.
How we may contact you.
When you submit a quote request, form, purchase inquiry, or other request, you authorize us to contact you using the contact information you provide for purposes related to that request. Communications may include email, telephone calls, or text messages concerning your quote, eligibility, requested documents, payment, contract, coverage, customer service, or follow-up.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a Vehicle Service Agreement. Where required, marketing or automated communications will be sent only with the consent required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the message and may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions provided in the message.
Even after opting out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related communications necessary to respond to a request or administer an existing transaction or customer relationship.

Cookies, analytics & tracking.
The Site and services used to operate it may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, or similar technologies. These technologies can help the Site function, remember preferences, understand traffic and usage, measure advertising or marketing performance, attribute quote requests, and improve the user experience.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling certain technologies may affect how portions of the Site function. Where applicable law requires additional consent for particular tracking technologies, we will seek that consent as required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in our possession. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but Site content may contain errors, become outdated, or change. Product-specific rights and obligations are established by the issued Vehicle Service Agreement, not by general Site content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vehicle Service Agreement LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes to These Terms or Policy
We may update these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update is subject to the version then in effect, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply.
